Dan "Boom" Herron-  Dan "Boom" Herron, one of the
elite tailbacks in Ohio for 2007, is a 5'10, 195 pound
tailback who doesn't shy away from contact.  "Boom"
has nice speed & power (he recently tested at 15 rep
of 225) and hits the hole very hard .  He is far from
flashy, but he has nice moves that allows him to break
tackles and shake off defenders.  He followed up his
solid sophomore season (147 carries for 757 yards & 10
TDs, 14 catches for 180 yards & 3 TDs) by rushing for
1,523 yards & 16 TDs on 207 carries (7.4 ypc), adding
216 yards & a TD on 22 catches, as a junior in 2005.
